Vorwarts-Wacker Overview

Fabio Vieira has opened up on his decision to leave Arsenal on a permanent basis following a period of significant uncertainty regarding his future at the Emirates Stadium. The Portuguese playmaker, who enjoyed a productive loan spell in Germany last term, has now committed his long-term future to the Bundesliga side.

Manchester United have reportedly entered the high-profile race alongside Arsenal to sign highly-rated Bayer Leverkusen forward Christian Kofane. Contract extension talks between the German side and the player have stalled, giving several Premier League clubs renewed hope of securing his signature.

The fallout from Manchester City’s landmark financial fair play case continues to send shockwaves through English football after sensational claims emerged regarding the timing of the verdict. It has been reported that a select group of the club's biggest rivals were granted a massive head start on the news that the Etihad giants had been found guilty of over 100 breaches.

A strategic £59.5 million rescue clause has firmly placed Liverpool in the driving seat to re-sign Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah. Arsenal, Chelsea, and Real Madrid are all actively circling the England international, but the Merseyside club's incredible contractual foresight could ultimately ruin their rivals' ambitious transfer plans for next summer.
